Why we organized this
Hargeisa has developers, designers, founders, students, freelancers, data and AI people. What it rarely has is one room where all of them meet on purpose.
We wanted a professional, organized gathering, not a loose hangout. A place with a programme, with introductions that actually happen, where people leave with names, ideas and next steps. That is the vision: connect anyone in tech, share what we know, and build things together.
Connect
Speed networking, a shared attendee list for the organizers, and a door code so introductions start before the first talk. Nobody stands alone by the wall.
Share
Short talks from people who build here, and workshops on the things people keep asking about: AI for your career, AI for your business, digital safety, where a tech career can go.
Build
Project and startup showcases, collaboration and hiring conversations, and a community that keeps meeting after 10 October 2026.
Four communities, one room
Gaari Talent, Ardaykaab Academy, Fikrcamp, Barkulan each run their own communities and programmes in Hargeisa. This meetup is the first time the four plan one event together, so everyone's people are in the same place.

Why a $10 ticket
It covers the venue, sound and refreshments, and it means the people who register are the people who show up. The ticket is a signed QR code, so entry is quick and nothing can be faked at the door.
